The Stop and Shop Supermarket Company LLC employs approximately 59,000 associates and operates 395 stores throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York and New Jersey. The company helps support local communities fight hunger, combat childhood cancer and promote general health and wellness – with emphasis on children’s educational and support programs.
The Challenge
We were hired to create a video that showcases Stop & Shop’s efforts to combat the fact that many teenagers, whether underserved or affluent, have difficulty choosing healthy food and don’t fully understand the ramifications of not eating healthy.
The Solution
We captured the planning and execution of Stop & Shop’s “Healthy Teen Summit” in New Haven, CT. We included testimonies from the healthy community in the area, and most importantly showcased how local teenagers have accepted the challenge of teaching themselves and their peers the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.
